Our Products
Log houses and timber frame houses hand made by special order. We are using real and heavy timber. Our construction methods are based on ancient traditions. We build houses that will last for centuries!

Our Specialty
Timber frame houses that consist of a 8″ timber frame and insulated wall elements. Timber frame houses have many advantages: they are more wind-resistant, warmer, free of problems associated with logs shifting and sinking, and it is possible to use more flexible interior solutions.

Supplied Sets
We prefer to supply our clients with “exterior complete” house sets that include the log part, wall elements, roof materials, windows, doors and assembly materials. We also offer the service of erecting the house on the client’s foundation.

“Turn-key” solutions are not our priority, because we are mainly the manufacturers of houses and actually building a house from foundation to keys calls for a lot of special work, which we would recommend to have done by the relevant local specialists.

Product Quality
The raw materials we use are quality local and imported pine logs, and all of our raw materials are dehydrated (H2O < 18%), which guarantees excellent building and finish quality. Suppliers of the additional materials used in the supplied sets have been our partners for years, which guarantees accuracy of supplies and product quality.

Experience
Our company has been operating with its team for ten years and we export the majority of our products to Scandinavian countries.

Price
Instead of asking for a price list, we recommend that you think about your dream log house and create a little drawing or sketch, which we will then use as the basis of our price offer. To make this easier for you, please view our sample projects (Drawings and Photos).
However, we have to say here that a correctly manufactured and built log house will not come in cheaper than an ordinary timber frame house or module house. But the value of a log house increases in time.
